☞ Before reservation, you have to join by your professor's name. After approval, you can use our facilities.
※ grid 및 sampling은 지원하지 않습니다. 직접 준비해 TEM grid에 올린, 완성된 sample을 가져오셔야 합니다.

① 예약 Reservation
✔ 담당자는 TEM(300kV)과 FE-TEM, 두 장비를 담당하고 있습니다. 두 장비의 스케줄을 모두 확인 후, 비어있는 시간으로 예약하시기 바랍니다.
TEM 분석 140,000/50min : 50분 분석 후, 10분 휴식 및 데이터 저장
✔ 예약이 확정되면 신청서 접수 24시간 후, '예약 현황'에서 예약자의 이름을 확인할 수 있습니다. (반드시 이름을 확인하시기 바랍니다.)
예약시간에 맞춰 FE-TEM실(101호)로 오시면 됩니다.
✔ 예약 시 신청자의 실험실 연락처 및 개인 연락처와 e-mail을 기재해 주세요.
변경 또는 전달 사항 등의 알림이 필요할 수 있습니다.
The operator is in charge of both TEM(300kV) and FE-TEM. Please check both schedules and then make an appointment on all vacant time.
TEM 140,000/50min, STEM(EDS) 180,000/50min : Analysis for 50 mins and Save data or Rest for 10 mins (MON-FRI 10 am-5 pm / lunch break noon to 1 pm)
After 24 hours, you can conform your name at the 'FE-TEM Schedule'.
If not, it means that your reservation is not approved.

(You can make an appointment up to two weeks in advance.)
② 취소 Cancelation
예약 후 개인사정으로 분석 취소할 경우, 적어도 3일전에는 미리 전화 또는 메일로 담당자에게 연락바랍니다.
그렇지 않을 경우, 1시간 사용료가 청구됩니다. 이점 유의 바랍니다.
Please let us know 2 days in advance when you want to cancel.
If you cancel after that, or if you just don't show up, we charge a hour fee.
③ 실험방법(Experimental Method) 선택 (TEM, STEM, EDS, Tomography)
실험방법을 선택해 주세요.
Tomography는 4시간 이상 분석시간이 소요됩니다. 이용에 참고하시기 바랍니다.
Please check the box of the statement that applies to your case among 'Experimental Method'.
It takes more than 4 hrs to do Tomography.
④ Data 저장
✔ FE-TEM 데이터 저장 수단은 USB입니다. 준비해 주세요.
바이러스 감염 등의 우려로 e-mail 전송은 허용하지 않습니다.
We allow only USB flash storage to save data. (There is no internet connection.)
⑤ 부정 사용 및 부주의 사용 Wrongful use & Careless use
✔ 허락없이 분석시간 초과 또는 기기일지에 분석시간을 거짓 기입 시
- 최초 1회 : 사용요금의 2배 부과
- 다시 적발 : 사용요금의 2배 부과 및 1달간 장비 사용 중지
Wrongful use(exceeding the allowed time without notification)
1.will be charged double.
2.will be charged double, and those found guilty of cheating are restricted the use of the equipment for a month.
✔ 직접사용자의 장비의 부주의 사용 : 진공 깨뜨림, 이용 후 정리 미흡
주의에도 불구하고 장비에 손상을 주는 행위가 2회이상 반복 될 경우 1달간 직접사용 중지의 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.
Careless use : Break vacuum, disarrange : might be restricted the use of the equipment for a month.
